Screen - persistant terminal manager

Here's a very quick up and running guide to screen. Well, that's all I know how to use at the moment.

• run 'screen' to start a new session

• use 'Ctrl-a, Ctrl-d to detach', leaving the session running

• use 'screen -r' to re-sttached to a deattached session
