I'm really impressed that MiniWiki is only so few lines of code! Though I don't see any sort of authentication happening, as the documentation implies. No Apache prompt when I edit a page.

I've implemented Twiki as a test, and while I love to extra features, I've had serious challenges implementing it. This simple version that simply works is refreshing.

If I can ask a couple questions?

Is it possible (and relatively easy) to install MiniWiki on a server without having system-level access, say a hosted website?

Hi! I've tried TWiki, but it's complicated to install, configure, and tweak for what I wanted to do.

MiniWiki is using authentication... it's one of the features I'm not using on this particular site.

Answers:

MiniWiki can be installed with out system-level access, as long as the server is running mod_perl and the Apache::Registry module is available. See the perldoc and the MiniWiki distribution for an example CGI that does this.
